Very little information came with this one, so a quick internet search revealed that this is a neo-psych (?) band from Italy. And during playback, it does seem that being under the influence while listening is a good idea. But since I am always sober, I have a hard time connecting to the album.
I mean, I do hear some nice passages and ideas, but to my ears it all sounds like the original songs have been messed up by adding not only adding random noise to the proceedings, but also by making it sound like it was recorded from distance, while playing in a large hall.
So I guess the conclusion is that this is not meant for me, or that I am just not ready for it.
